Cognizant is looking to hire FTE resource for permanent position on Adobe Work front skills. The experience range is 10-15 years and role is based out in Des Moines, IA.

Role: Workfront Engineer

Responsibilities

* Responsible for translating the complex and varied business needs into Workfront application requirements.

* Assist new Workfront configuration along with enhancing the existing ones.

* Identify new functionality and enhancements in Workfront that can be incorporated into client instances.

* Understand customer processes and accordingly configure the Workfront. Collaborate with IT stakeholders for back-end side of the Workfront implementation.

* Lead the client interactions to ensure successful delivery of fully configured environments.

* Experience or understanding Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.

* Adept at creating request queues, custom forms, and custom reports; with a good understanding of resourcing and cost / time capture processes.

* Understanding of different Adobe Workfront Object types, data model, personas and workflows.

* Familiarity with native connectors and other Adobe Workfront products and services.

* Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills to interface with business stakeholders across various workstreams.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $130,000/Year to $150,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
