Inside the Role

Ensure that customers in the U.S./Canada market receive premium Service support through DCNA or their assigned service network.

Position offers a starting salary range of$98,500 - $126,000 USD

Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, andexperience.

What You Drive at DCNA

  • Coordinate and advice the Product Support Managers and the Regional Service Technicians in managing their day-to-day operations to ensure cost-effective, high quality service support to all customers.

  • Coordinate the resolution of service issues in conjunction with the Product Support Managers and the Regional Service Technicians.

  • Management and coordination of all technical support issues.

  • Organize the technical information flow within the Service department and the authorized service partner network.

  • Day-to-day coordination of the Product Support Managers and the Regional Service Technicians.

  • Ensure timely and accurate CRM records (Novis), reports and applicable logs.

  • Monitor and report, product quality issues into the right channel and ensure timely and accurate/comprehensible creation of technical products reports (TPR).

  • Responsibility to analyze customer complaints and for issuing damage and special incident reports. Control and monitor the processing of the complaints and the timely conclusion.

  • Plan and monitor campaigns and recalls with service partners, DCNA technicians and third party vendors, taking corrective measures when necessary. Report completion rates to the Daimler Coaches management and the Daimler Buses Headquarters.

  • Coordinating all matters regarding service network development including the appointment and authorization process for new network partners. Plan, set-up and contribute actively to network visits, conferences. Build and maintain close relationships with all network partners.

  • Setup and manage a 24/7 support for our customers. Manage all incoming inquiries and complaints regarding Customer Service and Parts.

Knowledge You Should Bring

  • BS/BA AND 5 years of proven experience in the Motor Coach Aftermarket industry OR 8years of relevant experience in lieu of degree

  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills

  • Proficient in MS Office, typical computer systems/skills

  • High level of personal and professional integrity, honesty, and accountability

  • Ability to travel regionally and internationally

  • CDL with P endorsement a plus (can be obtained during employment with DCNA)

Exceptional Candidates Might Have

  • Ability to understand and to explain complex technical product in detail

  • Outstanding customer service experience
