Answer phones, take message and distribute, transfer calls

Assist customers at front counter with pick-ups, deliveries and accounts

Monitor and distribute incoming faxes and mail, enter contracts & forward to accounts receivables

Monitor and resolve all orders without proper financing

Complete a variety of reports

Other duties and projects as assigned

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required. Post secondary education preferred. Excellent computer skills. Basic math skills required. Excellent communication skills and customer service skills a must. Must be available to work evenings, weekends and rotating holidays.
